Thomas Light joined A111 as Vice President in 2020. Prior to A111, Thomas was Chief Financial Officer at ThingTech, a venture-backed industrial technology business. While at ThingTech, he was responsible for finance, operations, capital raising and investor relations. Before joining ThingTech, Thomas served as an Associate at MSouth Equity Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm with over $2 billion of capital. He started his career at Cary Street Partners in the investment banking division with a focus on sell-side M&A transactions for middle-market companies.
Thomas holds a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Coastal Forest Resources Company, a privately-held forestry and building products company. He and his wife, Kate, live in Tampa with their daughter, Louisa.
