Eduardo Holschneider Goddard

Eduardo Holschneider Goddard, founder, and chairman of Klis Capital, a family office investing in high-quality small and medium businesses in the U.S., provides significant value-added focus on creating long-term value for all stakeholders. 

Before joining Klis Capital, Eduardo served 12  years as Managing General Partner of the Private Equity Group of Tresalia Capital, a leading family office in Mexico. Eduardo’s board memberships in the U.S.A. have included Tory Burch L.L.C. and as a non-voting board observer at Casper Sleep, Inc. In Mexico, Eduardo served on the boards of Aliat Universidades and Medistik. Eduardo has over 40 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Corporate Finance. His expertise includes transaction work in various global industries in both national and international jurisdictions, including the United States, Mexico, Central America, Germany, and China. 

Eduardo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City and an M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
